About VanZandt Beef

VanZandt Beef is a family-run operation dedicated to raising high-quality, corn-fed beef with care and respect for the land. Our cattle are raised on our farm with plenty of space and a natural diet supplemented by corn for superior marbling and flavor. We believe in transparency and building relationships with the families who enjoy our beef.
1. Pick your size
Quarter, half, three-quarter or whole beef.
2. Choose a butcher date
We deliver the animal to our local processor on that day.
3. Confirm & pay deposit
A $300 deposit via Venmo holds your date. We'll contact you to arrange the rest.
How we charge
We collect a deposit via Venmo to secure your date and animal portion. The balance of the listed price is due when you pick up your beef.
Processor charges
Our local processor charges a separate fee for slaughter, cutting, wrapping and freezing (paid directly or arranged at pickup).
